Nobody liked a shot of lemon to the eye. Spare your dining companions by using your hand to shield your lemon as you squeeze it into your drink.

New York Sour Cocktail

NY SOUR

• 2 oz Sazerac Rye
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• .75  oz Simple Syrup
• 8-10 dashes fee foam or .5 oz egg whites

Shake in tin, Pour into Rocks Glass.
FLOAT .5 oz of a jammy Pinot Noir on top
